Job Opportunities API

Check the data. Then trust it.

TheirStack is built for sales signals. Here is the honest comparison.

TheirStack wins on technographics, webhooks and company signals; Job Opportunities API wins on employer-direct sourcing and per-field provenance.

TheirStack is the product most often named first when people ask for a job data API, and for hiring signals and lead generation it deserves that. It describes itself as a job and technographics database for sales teams, not for job seekers or recruiters. This page compares it with Job Opportunities API (JOA) for the cases where both could be on your shortlist, and says plainly where TheirStack is the better buy.

Choose TheirStack if

You are building hiring signals or lead generation and want technographics, company-level data, closed-job events, push webhooks and an MCP server in one product, paid per record. JOA publishes a company's name, logo, careers URL and sector, not its funding, headcount or technology stack, and has no push webhooks.

Choose Job Opportunities API if

You need employer-direct postings with the employer's own apply link, per-field provenance (published, inferred or absent), closure dates and reasons kept on the row, a pull-based change feed, or a free key that does not expire. A one-country plan with no row limit is also available.

This page must never claim that JOA has technographics, funding or headcount data, or push webhooks.
