The terms

• 25% recurring commission on every payment a referred customer makes, for their first 12 months as a paying subscriber.
• 180-day attribution cookie. Tracking is a link cookie set and honoured by Creem — not a code you have to manage yourself.
• Creem pays you directly from each qualifying sale — payouts run on the 1st and 15th, EUR 50 minimum balance, Creem's own KYC. We never touch your payout, and there is no invoice between us.
• No fixed fee. You do not pay to join, and there is no minimum number of referrals.
• Works on every plan — Starter through Scale, monthly or annual (an annual referral earns 1/12th of the yearly commission each month, exactly like the subscription itself is billed).
• Larger partners: an existing relevant audience, a live integration, a distribution deal — write to us and we can talk about it directly. Creem's affiliate programme runs one standard rate for every affiliate, so we cannot promise a different percentage through it.

How it works

1. Join via the Creem affiliate link — Creem reviews every application manually, usually within a few days.
2. Once approved, get your personal referral link from the Creem affiliate dashboard.
3. Share it however fits — a review, a comparison page, a newsletter, a template. Creem tracks every click with a 180-day cookie and attributes the resulting subscription to you automatically.
4. Creem pays you directly for every qualifying sale, on its own payout schedule (1st/15th, EUR 50 minimum) — no invoices, no waiting on us.

How is a referral tracked?

By a 180-day cookie set when someone clicks your Creem affiliate link — handled entirely by Creem, not by us. Anyone who completes a paid checkout within that window while the cookie is still set is attributed to you, for as long as your commission term runs (12 months by default).

What do I earn?

25% of what the customer pays, every month, for 12 months from their first payment — the standard rate, run through Creem's affiliate programme. If you are a larger partner (an existing audience, an integration, a distribution deal), write to us — we can agree a separate arrangement directly, but Creem's affiliate programme itself does not support a different rate per partner, so we cannot promise a higher percentage through it.

What counts as a referral?

Any customer who completes their FIRST paid checkout while your Creem cookie is attributed to them. Upgrades and renewals on that same subscription keep counting toward your commission for the agreed term; a customer who signs up on their own later, with no cookie from you, does not.

How and when do I get paid?

Creem pays you directly from each qualifying sale — we never see or handle your payout. Creem runs payouts twice a month, on the 1st and the 15th, with a EUR 50 minimum balance to trigger one, after Creem's own KYC check on your affiliate account.

Is there a public affiliate dashboard?

Yes — once Creem approves your application, your referral link, click and conversion stats, and running balance all live in Creem's own affiliate dashboard. We do not run a separate one.
