Job Opportunities API

Check the data. Then trust it.

Partner and reseller terms

For companies that resell Job Opportunities API (JOA) access or JOA-based data to their own buyers. If you only use JOA inside your own product, our general terms already cover you.

Service level

  • No formal uptime SLA and no service credits. Our stated objective is 99.5% monthly API availability, a target, not a guarantee.
  • Data freshness is public at /status and machine-readable at GET /public/status.
  • Support by email, with a reply within one business day (Monday to Friday, Athens time). Incidents are announced by email to partner contacts.
  • 30 days' notice of breaking API changes; 90 days' notice of changes to these partner terms.
  • If JOA ever shuts down, you get a final full export of the data your plan covers, as our general terms already promise.

The basics, in plain language

  1. Licence. Non-exclusive and non-transferable, for as long as the arrangement runs: you may store, display, transform and redistribute records and derived data to your buyers inside your own product or service.
  2. Not allowed. Reselling the raw corpus or bulk exports as a standalone dataset or a competing jobs API; giving any one buyer a full country or full-corpus dump; using several keys to get around limits; scraping the website.
  3. Your own terms. Your terms with your buyers carry equivalent restrictions and the duty to pass on takedowns.
  4. Takedowns. Remove a listing within 5 business days of our notice.
  5. Usage and statements. We meter records per key. You send a short monthly usage and revenue statement; we may check it once a year, on notice.
  6. Revenue share. You keep 25% of the net revenue you collect for JOA access or JOA-based data and pay us 75%. Your prices may not undercut our public prices. No minimum while we pilot the programme.
  7. Term and termination. Month to month. Either side may end it with 30 days' notice, or at once for a material breach not fixed within 14 days. Afterwards there is no new distribution; records already delivered to your buyers, and aggregates derived from them, may be kept, as under our general terms.
  8. Data as is. Collected from employers' own sites and tagged with its provenance, with no promise that a role is still open. Our liability is capped at the fees paid in the previous 12 months.
  9. Law. Greek law and the courts of Thessaloniki. Business-to-business only.
