Youth Volleyball Coach Location: Loudoun County, Northern Virginia As a Youth  Volleyball Coach with the Northern Virginia Volleyball Association (NVVA), you will bring your expertise to create dynamic, high-quality training environments for our kids. This role is ideal for individuals with previous coaching experience, whether in volleyball or other sports, and a track record of working with young athletes. This coaching position will lead teams and contribute to program development. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Coaching: Plan and conduct engaging and well-structured training sessions (provided by the club), focusing on intermediate to advanced skill development, game strategy, and teamwork. • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior volleyball coaches, helping them develop their coaching skills. • Individual Development: Identify and nurture the unique strengths of each kid, offering personalized feedback and support to help them excel. • Game Day Leadership: Serve as the lead coach on game days, focusing on competitive play and sportsmanship. • Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with the coaching team to align on program goals and strategies. Participate in regular meetings to discuss progress and team development. • Parent and Player Communication: Build strong relationships with players and their families, regularly updating them on progress and team activities.
