Could you play a part in empowering the next generation to be the change their country needs to see? We are looking for mission partners with experience in youth ministry who can bring dynamic, creative and holistic ways to minister to children and young people in East and Central Africa through their church ministry programmes. Be part of a movement to disciple children and young people living in a challenging context. You will be expected to develop learning materials for the ministry and be confident in delivering training to others in how to implement these resources. You will be there to support and encourage the local church, being willing to listen and learn from local leaders. • Experience of living cross culturally is preferred. • Experience in working with children or young people who have experienced trauma would be an advantage.
