What you can expect Based on your background and preferences, you’ll join one of our business units to work on a project in key areas such as Business development, Software Engineering or AI development. From day one, you’ll be an essential member of your assigned team, contributing to strategically important projects to drive our company forward. Here’s a brief overview. Business Development. You have a strong passion for the intersection of business and technology. Analysing a complex dataset, exploring a new market, or rethinking how a product reaches its customers: you're the kind of person who rolls up their sleeves and dives in. You're comfortable working with data, love a good challenge, and know how to bring people along with you. Communicating across teams comes naturally, and you're always looking for smarter ways to do things. Software Engineering . You'll work closely with our team on features that actually matter for mission-critical products. Depending on the project and your interests, you’ll gain hands-on experience in backend and/or frontend development, cloud technology, UX and product development, supercharged by agentic development. You'll also work across different teams and disciplines, giving you valuable insights into how technology functions in practice and how what you've learned from Computer Science translates into practical, impactful solutions. AI Development. Your technical responsibilities will center on the development of our AI products, where you'll contribute to algorithms, machine learning techniques, and innovative solutions. You’ll design prototypes and proof-of-concepts for real-world applications, such as anomaly detection in payroll and agentic AI. Who we’re looking for As a Summer Intern, you're a third or fourth-year student looking to gain real-world experience at one of Europe's largest software companies. You're currently pursuing a degree in Industrial or Financial Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Informatics, AI, or similar. You have a commercial mindset and a genuine interest in software that makes business administration effortlessly simple for businesses and governments alike. You’re a critical thinker who excels at solving complex challenges, asking insightful questions, and challenging the status quo. Whether you have a passion for problem solving and agentic coding or aspire to lead future tech projects, you’re a self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a team. Plus, you have strong communication skills in both written and verbal Norwegian and English. Internship details Our internship runs from June 14th to August 6th, with a two-week holiday break in July.
