English 1 , a cornerstone of quality language education in Seville for over 40 years, is looking for a dedicated professional to join our dynamic team for the 2026-2027 academic year. At English 1, we don’t just teach; we create an environment where students thrive. The Role We are looking for a specialist who loves the energy of working with children, teenagers and adults. • Schedule: 28 hours per week (20 teaching hours + 8 hours for prep and admin). • Balance: Classes run Monday to Thursday from 16:00 . Enjoy your Fridays and weekends 🙂 • Start Date: Mid-September 2026. Qualifications What We Are Looking For Essential Qualifications: • Language: C2 Proficiency (or equivalent). • Certification: CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL , and/or PGCE. • Experience: Minimum 2 years teaching English (specializing in learners from age 3+). • Right to Work: Must have a legal right to work in Spain. • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Zoom, MS Office, and Google Workspace. • Soft Skills: Warm, approachable, and highly organized with a flexible mindset. Desirable Extras: • Experience preparing students for Cambridge, Trinity, LanguageCert, or Aptis exams. • A specific Young Learner qualification (e.g., IHCYLT, CELTYL or CertPT (YLs) . • Working knowledge of Spanish Conditions What We Offer • Stability: A formal contract with full Social Security coverage. • Competitive Pay: Salary in accordance with national pay agreements (Convenio), discussed transparently at the interview. • Support: A collaborative environment where your experience is valued and professional development is encouraged.
