Year 1 Teacher – Maternity Cover (Part-Time) | November Start County Teachers is recruiting an enthusiastic and experienced Year 1 Teacher for a part-time maternity cover at a school in Berkhamsted, starting in November. This is a two-day-per-week role (Thursday and Friday) on a fixed-term contract for one year, working as part of a job share. The role: Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons to a Year 1 class. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support pupil progress. The ideal candidate: Holds QTS. Has recent Early Years and/or KS1 teaching experience. Is passionate, organised and committed to achieving the best outcomes for every child.
