Technical Business Analyst (BA) Experis is hiring a Technical Business Analyst (BA) for direct integration into a leading international asset management company with a strong presence in the real estate investment sector. This is a hands-on technical role , sitting closer to the engineering side than a classic BA position. You will be the main technical point of contact for a Senior BA, owning the system-side responsibilities across Yardi modules, from SQL reporting and configuration to troubleshooting and cross-functional solution development with the IT team. Responsibilities • Go hands-on in Yardi to configure modules, check permissions and tables, and ensure system integrity across accounting and finance workflows; • Write and present clear user stories to development and QA teams, supporting implementation and testing; • Run and maintain custom SQL reports, replacing external dependencies where applicable; • Troubleshoot integration issues across Yardi modules and deliver timely resolutions; • Act as deputy to the Product Owner, assuming partial functional responsibility for the product. Profile • Hands-on experience with Yardi ( Voyager , P2P Elevate , Debt Manager ) is strongly desirable; solid experience with another ERP in an accounting/finance context will also be considered ; • Strong SQL skills, including custom reporting and data querying; • Knowledge of accounting and reporting processes; • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Business Informatics; • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholders; • Fluent in English .
