The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical engineering, with a specialization in the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of gas turbines in power plants. This role will involve working on cutting-edge energy projects, optimizing turbine performance, ensuring reliable operation, and addressing technical challenges in the energy production process. 募集職種：メカニカルエンジニア 大規模産業施設やデータセンターのユニークなエネルギー需要に応えるため、ガスタービン、太陽光発電、蓄電池（BESS）などを組み合わせた ハイブリッド発電システム の設計・導入・最適化をリードしていただきます。ガスタービンの性能評価、設置・試運転、保守戦略の策定から、OEMとの技術交渉、プロジェクトマネジメントまで、機械エンジニアリングの専門性を活かしてプロジェクト全体を推進していただきます。 電気・土木エンジニア、プロジェクトマネージャーと密に連携しながら、発電所の信頼性・効率性・持続可能性を高めるための中核的な役割を担っていただきます。 Key Responsibilities: Gas Turbine System Design & Development Design and develop gas turbine systems and subsystems for power generation applications, ensuring they meet project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Conduct thermodynamic and mechanical performance analysis to optimize gas turbine efficiency and associated systems. Collaborate with electrical and civil engineers to integrate gas turbine systems within the overall power plant design. Performance Monitoring & Optimization Analyze the performance of gas turbines and related systems, using both real-time data and simulations. Identify opportunities for performance improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency gains through modifications, upgrades, and preventive maintenance. Troubleshoot mechanical issues, diagnosing root causes of performance deviations or failures and developing solutions to mitigate risks. Installation & Commissioning Oversee the mechanical installation and commissioning of gas turbines and associated equipment, ensuring that they meet design specifications and industry standards.
