Description Ryanair Engineering – Delivered by WAMS Wroclaw Aircraft Maintenance Services is providing base maintenance of Boeing 737-800 aircraft for Ryanair, Europe biggest airline. Our highly trained and dedicated engineers are the driving force behind our industry leading safety record. Across out network, our skilled engineers conduct extensive checks on individual aircraft system, structures, and components to ensure that all our aircraft continue to operate with the utmost efficiency and take our customers to their destinations on time. An exciting new opportunity has arisen within the Wroclaw Aircraft Maintenance Services. We are looking to hire a Workshop Site Supervisor in our hangar in Wroclaw. The successful candidate will be responsible for: • Management of workshop projects, activities & capabilities at site level • Ensuring maintenance procedures and processes are adhered to at site level • Ensure correct level of resource and competence is available to complete all maintenance activities • Ensuring the standard and quality of workmanship is maintained at all times • Ensuring that workshop staff adhere to company’s safety and quality policy at all times • Ability to prioritise tasks and delegate workload where necessary • Management and development of workshop staff • Assisting the organisation & Group Workshop Manager with any other tasks deemed necessary Requirements • Spoken and written English skills on min.
