The operator sets up, calibrates, and operates the machines according to approved WPS and project requirements, performs cladding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy materials to achieve the specified thickness and quality, and monitors welding parameters, travel speed, and deposition rates to ensure uniform results. Total exp - 5-20 Years 5 Orbital Welding Machine Operator/Welder Tube to Tube sheet Welding Set up and operate orbital welding machines for tube-to-tubesheet and pipe welds; program parameters per WPS; align components accurately; monitor and adjust welding for quality compliance; perform visual and NDT checks; and maintain equipment through cleaning, inspection, and routine servicing.
