Workshop Manager M/F Join a rapidly growing group and participate in industrial innovation. With extensive experience in metal construction/boiler making/locksmithing/industrial piping for various industrial sectors, you will be working within a small team of colleagues from a variety of backgrounds. Responsibilities and duties of the position • Workshop staff management • Reading plans • Checking debit lists • Purchasing materials and supplies • Checking the dimensions of structures (and debits) • Possible travel to carry out welding checks on site • Managing the warehouse • Ensuring the versatility and skills development of workshop staff • Managing the machine fleet Profile • Quality-oriented profile with dye penetrant testing training. • Salary based on experience. • Reliable. • Able to work independently.
