Scopely is looking for a Workplace Experience & Facilities Coordinator to join the Employee Experience and Facilities team at the Bangalore Hub on an onsite basis.

What You Will Do
Support the team in overseeing daily office operations, ensuring a clean, safe, organized, and efficient workplace
Conduct routine checks of office areas, meeting rooms, and amenities; coordinate resolution of maintenance and facility issues
Support the Sr. Manager in managing non-IT consumables (pantry, stationery, utilities): track inventory, place orders, and keep storage organized
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors (catering, housekeeping, maintenance, and other service providers); monitor service delivery and follow up on gaps
Validate invoices, coordinate payments with Finance, and manage petty cash reconciliation for approved office expenses
Coordinate with IT to support onboarding by preparing workstations, desks, monitors, and basic equipment
Plan and execute local employee experience initiatives (in-office activities, wellness programs, celebrations, social events) and support the Bangalore rollout of “One Scopely” initiatives.
Manage event logistics end-to-end (vendor coordination, space setup, catering, on-site execution) and support event budgeting (quotes, expense tracking)
Promote workplace events through Slack, email, and in-office screens; serve as a point of contact for office-related queries
Gather post-event feedback, recommend improvements, and support emergency preparedness activities (fire drills, evacuation planning, safety audits) including incident documentation and follow-up

Document incidents, track corrective actions, and coordinate with vendors/building management
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
4–5 years of experience in workplace experience, facilities coordination, office operations, or event management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable working with global teams
Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, service-oriented mindset
Experience working with vendors and managing operational budget
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom
Bonus Points
Experience with Smartsheets or similar tools
Ability to design or coordinate basic communication materials (emails, flyers, presentations)
