Responsibilities Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Main Duties Customer Service: Greet students and faculty, answer questions, and explain store policies. Upkeep: Keep the store looking fresh by shelving, arranging, cleaning, and organizing products or space within the store. Cashiering: Process sales using cash, credit cards, or financial aid, and handle returns. Stock and Inventory: Receive & process shipments, shelve textbooks, stock merchandise, organize displays, and help count inventory. Order Fulfillment: Pull items for online orders and pack shipments. Others duties as assigned including assisting other units within Campus Services. Qualifications Must be enrolled as a student at AUM for the current or upcoming semester.
