Description
Pactos is a venture-backed B2B SaaS start-up based in Munich. We’re revolutionizing the external workforce management with an AI-powered operating system. Used by leading corporates, Pactos help streamline the source-to-pay process with staffing providers in a compliant, scalable, and transparent way. Thus, our customers excel in operation efficiency and re-gain full workforce visibility.
We're building the analytics module of our staffing platform — the dashboards and KPIs our clients and we use to measure and benchmark their staffing operations. You'll help build it, hands-on, from a metric definition to a working dashboard.
Tasks
• Build KPI features end-to-end (with guidance): take a metric like fill rate, time-to-hire, turnover or cost-per-hire and bring it to life — model it in our semantic layer, feed the data with TypeScript projectors, and surface it in our React UI.
• Extend the dimensional model: add the measures and dimensions that let customers slice any KPI by business unit, agency, role, cost centre or time period.
• Get the numbers right: help ensure aggregations are correct (weighted averages, cross-grain joins) and that every query is scoped to the data a user is allowed to see.
• Test and verify your changes, and keep the code clean and consistent with our conventions.
• Collaborate with product to turn analytics requirements into shippable features.
