We are an international coffee trading company specializing in green coffee and reliable supply chains between origin and destination markets. To support   our  Quality   and Food Safety Team , we are looking for a motivated   and   hands on   Working Student (f/m/d)) who is eager to gain   practical  experience in the   green   coffee   sector   and contribute s   to our   daily    operations . Your role: As a Working Student in Quality Operations, you will support   our  Team   in ensuring smooth sample handling and efficient execution of cupping activities. You will gain valuable insights into   the management   of   coffee qualit ies   sample   logistics , and the day-to-day operations of an international coffee trading company. Your Responsibilities: •   Assist   with the preparation and follow-up of internal and customer cuppings • Support the preparation, organization, and dispatch of coffee samples to customers worldwide • Prepare samples for quality evaluation and tasting sessions • Help organize and   maintain   the sample inventory and storage areas • Support documentation and administrative tasks , e.g.   data entry and maintenance of sample-related records • Support the team with operational tasks and day-to-day quality processes Your Profil: • Currently enrolled in a university program • Strong interest in food, beverages, coffee, quality or supply chains • Eager to learn and gain practical experience in an international business environment • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented • Comfortable working with routine and repetitive tasks • Hands-on mentality and willingness to support operational processes • Strong team   player with   good communication   skills • Gastronomy, hospitality, food science, food culture, or related background is a plus • Good English skills; German is beneficial • Good knowledge of MS Office applications What We Offer: • Maritime flair: Work in a modern atmosphere in a central location with a view of the Elbphilharmonie • Flexible working: Our hybrid working models are characterised by flexible working hours and the possibility of mobile working • Development opportunities: Benefit from an annual training budget of € 2.000,- and a wide range of professional and personal development opportunities. • Travel climate-friendly: For an environmentally friendly way to work, we subsidise the HVV-ProfiTicket and jobRad. • Other benefits: We offer an attractive company pension scheme and discounted lunch offers. • Come Together:  Whether at summer parties, Christmas dinners or in our coffee lounge, we are characterised by a friendly atmosphere and interdisciplinary exchange Have we sparked your interest?
