To support our team in Eberswalde , we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) in the area of Business Development & Analytics. Your tasks Your profile • You support our business development team in the development and implementation of new ideas and concepts • You analyze business contexts and help to develop smart strategies for sales, supply chain and manufacturing • You get to the heart of complex topics – in PowerPoint and with strong storylines • You use Excel and other tools to perform data analyses that add value • You bridge the gap between technology, product and market and immerse yourself in the exciting world of SMEs Your profile • You think entrepreneurially, independently and are curious about new things • You are willing to learn, ambitious and take responsibility for what you do • You have a feel for key figures, correlations and the right story to go with them • You have skills in Excel, PowerPoint and ideally also initial experience with data analytics tools and ERP systems • You want to really get things moving and get involved in the team – and not just sit on the sidelines • You are a currently enrolled student and have 15-20 hours per week Our offer • A diverse team of engineers, strategists, technicians, customer advocates and facilitators • Plenty of room for your own ideas and a real voice in the team • Top learnings in an international environment with mentorship from former top-tier consultants and engineers • Attractive pay according to IG Metall tariff and flexible working hours • A company that rethinks SMEs: together with you Ready to help shape the future?
