Role Are you passionate about supporting learners in real-world environments and helping them thrive in the childcare sector? We’re looking for a Work Placement Coordinator/Assessor to join our Childcare team and lead the coordination and assessment of student placements across Level 2, Level 3, and T Level Early Years Educator programmes. Help shape the next generation of early years professionals through hands-on teaching, mentoring, and placement coordination. Our programmes include Level 1–3 qualifications and T-levels in Education and Childcare, blending classroom learning with real-world nursery placements. With a brand-new nursery on campus and a curriculum enriched by creative learning experiences like forest school visits and yoga linked to literacy, our Childcare department offers staff a unique opportunity to deliver and observe high-quality early years education in a dynamic and innovative environment.
