Woodworker / Instructor (Part-Time to Full-Time) We’re looking for a skilled, motivated woodworker to join our shop. This role is a mix of hands-on custom woodworking and teaching woodworking workshops , so we’re looking for someone who not only builds great work, but enjoys sharing their knowledge with others. What You’ll Do • Build and assist with custom woodworking projects • Help prep materials, tools, and space for projects and classes • Teach and assist in woodworking workshops • Work with clients and students in a friendly, professional way • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment What We’re Looking For • Solid woodworking experience (professional or serious hobbyist) • Ability to execute custom work with attention to detail • Comfortable using a range of tools and machinery • Strong communication skills — teaching experience is a big plus • Reliable, self-directed, and able to problem-solve in the shop • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Schedule • Part-time to full-time , depending on fit • Must be flexible • Availability for: • A few evenings per week • A few weekend days per month Pay & Perks • $25–$35/hour , depending on experience • Performance bonuses • Opportunity to grow with the shop and expand your skills • Creative, collaborative work environment • Access to the shop for personal projects If you love woodworking, enjoy working with people, and want to be part of a shop that values craftsmanship and education, we’d love to hear from you.
