About This Role:
Maven is looking for a mission-driven, empathetic Midwife or General Practitioner (GP) based in Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, or Australia who is fluent in Cantonese to support our members through virtual care services.
As a Maven provider, you will connect with members globally, helping scale access to high-quality healthcare. You will join a curated provider network spanning 30+ specialties and 350+ subspecialties, all dedicated to delivering holistic, high-value care. As we continue to expand across 175+ countries, we are growing our best-in-class global provider network.

What You'll Do:
Provide virtual support, education, and guidance to women across fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood journeys
Educate members on prenatal care, labour preparation, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, reproductive health, and general women’s health topics
Offer emotional support and clinical guidance throughout the fertility, pregnancy, and early motherhood journey
Help members understand their health concerns, navigate healthcare systems, and prepare for in-person appointments when needed
Provide evidence-based advice, health education, and preventive care support within your scope of practice
Capture encounter summary documentation in our practice management system, MPractice
Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team to ensure member needs are met, including recommendations for in-person referrals and follow-ups
Serve as an ambassador of Maven’s unique care model, providing culturally humble care and championing our belief that better outcomes for women and families mean a better world for everyone
Who You Are:
Currently residing in Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, or Australia
Fluent in English and Cantonese (spoken and written)
Registered Midwife or General Practitioner with a valid practicing license from the relevant regulatory authority and in good standing
Holds a recognized medical, nursing, or midwifery qualification
Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in women’s health, primary care, obstetrics & gynecology, fertility, reproductive health, or related fields preferred
Experience supporting fertility, pregnancy, postpartum care, contraception, or reproductive health is highly desirable
Experience with assisted reproductive technologies (e.g., IVF, IUI, egg freezing) is an advantage
