Salary £40,000 – £48,000 per year, dependent on experience + up to £7,800 additional annual earnings via commission. This role is suited to a clinician who already has demonstrable women’s health and pelvic health training, direct clinical exposure and confidence working with relevant presentations, while also being comfortable managing MSK patients within a private clinic setting. This is not a conversion role. The client is looking for a Physiotherapist with a meaningful foundation in women’s health and pelvic health who is ready to continue developing within a supportive, high-quality private healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities • Assess and treat clients across women’s health, pelvic health and MSK physiotherapy presentations • Deliver effective pre and post natal rehabilitation, pelvic health treatment and functional rehabilitation programmes • Support clients with tailored treatment plans focused on recovery, movement, strength and long-term function • Manage relevant clinical presentations including pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain and pregnancy-related MSK conditions • Work as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team across physiotherapy, rehabilitation and clinical services • Build strong, relationship-led communication with clients throughout their treatment journey • Use a proactive healthcare approach to support prevention, recovery and ongoing wellbeing • Maintain clear, professional clinical records and documentation • Collaborate with colleagues, consultants and referral partners where appropriate • Uphold high standards of clinical care, patient experience and professional conduct Requirements • Sponsorship / right to work: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK • Qualification: Qualified Physiotherapist with HCPC registration • MSK physiotherapy background • Women’s health clinical experience • Pelvic health clinical experience • Direct patient exposure within women’s health and pelvic health • Evidence of specialist women’s health training • Confident managing a mixed women’s health, pelvic health and MSK caseload within a clinic setting • Emotionally mature, relationship-led communicator with a proactive mindset • Able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative MDT • Also suitable for: Women’s Health Physiotherapist, Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, MSK Physiotherapist, Private Practice Physiotherapist, Band 6 Physiotherapist, Pre and Post Natal Physiotherapist Highly Desirable Training • POGP courses or POGP membership • Mummy MOT training • Pelvic floor dysfunction training • Internal vaginal examination training • Obstetric physiotherapy training • Pregnancy rehabilitation training • Post-natal rehabilitation training • Women’s health CPD Company Culture As a Women’s Health / Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, you will be part of a premium, multidisciplinary clinic culture focused on proactive healthcare, patient experience, longevity, movement quality and function restoration.
