Job Function: Marketing / Market Research Your Tasks Support the Derma Marketing team in the execution of brand and marketing initiatives by assisting with digital campaigns, social media activities, market analysis, and data management. This position is designed for a proactive and autonomous student with a passion for marketing, social media, and data-driven decision-making. Your Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for the Derma portfolio. Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights. Assist in the coordination and follow-up of digital marketing initiatives. Maintain, update, and analyze marketing databases and campaign performance reports. Prepare presentations, dashboards, and performance analyses to support business decisions. Track project timelines and ensure timely follow-up on key marketing activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and marketing initiatives. Provide administrative support to the Derma Marketing team. Your Profile Current student of Ingeniería Comercial (3rd year onwards preferred). Passion for Marketing, Digital Media, and Consumer Insights. Strong interest in social media and digital trends. Analytical mindset with the ability to work with databases and performance metrics. Autonomous, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (Power BI is a plus). Strong communication and teamwork skills. Intermediate to advanced English.
