We are looking for a Windows Systems Engineer to join a project within a leading company in the financial sector. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, security, automation, and continuous improvement of enterprise Windows environments. You will work with critical infrastructure, supporting modernization initiatives, resolving complex incidents, and helping ensure the reliability and security of business-critical systems. Responsibilities Administer, maintain, and optimize enterprise Windows Server environments. Manage Active Directory services, including Group Policies, user and access management, security groups, and domain-related configurations. Support privileged access management, remote access security, and identity-related operational processes. Coordinate server patching, software deployment, security updates, and compliance activities. Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and other infrastructure automation tools. Apply Windows security hardening standards and contribute to vulnerability remediation. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex incidents, and support disaster recovery and business continuity activities. Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with Security, Network, IAM, and DevOps teams. Contribute to infrastructure modernization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
