Automotive Elegance is seeking a skilled and motivated  Automotive Window Tint Installer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship, works efficiently both independently and collaboratively, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Key Responsibilities • Prepare vehicle window surfaces for installation and identify potential issues prior to tint application • Safely remove and reinstall interior vehicle panels and trim as needed for proper installation • Accurately plot, cut, and apply window film using industry-best practices • Perform thorough quality inspections to ensure a flawless finish and customer satisfaction • Ensure all vehicles meet safety and roadworthy standards prior to delivery • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area • Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs for tinting materials and tools • Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and manufacturer specifications • Collaborate with team members and assist with additional shop duties as needed Qualifications & Skills • Previous professional automotive window tinting experience required • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and consistency • Good communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision • Clean driving record required • Experience with multiple vehicle makes/models and film types is a plus • Willingness to continue learning through factory and hands-on training What We Offer • Competitive pay based on experience and skill level • Performance-based bonus opportunities • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance • Company-matching 401(k) • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Factory and ongoing professional training • Company-supplied uniforms • Clear paths for advancement and long-term career growth • Supportive team environment with modern tools and equipment This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
