Aureol Global Connections is looking for experienced Window Fitters to join our growing team. As a Window Fitter, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining windows in residential and commercial properties, ensuring precision and quality in every project. Key Responsibilities Install and fit different types of windows including UPVC, aluminum, and wooden frames. Remove old or damaged windows and prepare spaces for new installation. Inspect windows for defects, and carry out repairs or replacements as needed. Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and comply with safety regulations. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to coordinate project schedules. Maintain all tools and equipment in good working order. Requirements Previous experience as a Window Fitter or in a related field. Strong understanding of window installation processes and materials. Ability to interpret technical drawings and installation instructions. Excellent manual skills and physical capability for handling equipment and materials. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Capacity to work independently or as part of a team. Valid driving license and reliable transportation. Awareness of health and safety standards in construction and installation work.
