Wide Format Print & CNC Production Lead Kansas City, MO | On-site | Full-time | Hourly We’re looking for a  hands-on Production Lead to run daily operations at our Kansas City manufacturing location. This role is ideal for someone who knows large format print production inside and out — printing, cutting, finishing, and assembly. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and running equipment, ensuring quality, managing materials, and organizing work so it's completed accurately and on schedule. This is not a desk job — this is a working lead role for someone who likes building great products and keeping things running smoothly. What You’ll Do • Operate large-format printers, cutters, and finishing equipment • Execute daily production schedules and priorities • Perform quality checks on all finished work • Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment • Manage materials, inventory, and ordering • Keep the shop clean, organized, and efficient • Communicate job status and production needs clearly • Support and guide 1–2 production team members What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of hands-on production or print experience • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work • Experience maintaining production equipment • Ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership • Clear communication and strong organizational skills Why This Role • High level of ownership and autonomy • Small, focused production team • Opportunity to shape and grow a local operation • Work with a company that values craftsmanship, innovation, and collaboration
