Absolute Home Mortgage Corporation - Wholesale Account Executive Wholesale Account Executive Wholesale Account Executive Fully Remote • Remote Worker - N/A Description • Develop and manage relationships with mortgage brokers and correspondent partners within an assigned territory • Prospect and onboard new broker partners to grow wholesale loan volume • Guide brokers through loan program guidelines, pricing, and submission requirements • Partner with underwriting, processing, and closing teams to keep loans moving and support pull-through • Track pipeline activity and report on production, partner engagement, and territory growth • Stay current on wholesale lending guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements Requirements • 2+ years of wholesale/broker-channel mortgage sales experience (required) • Ability to maintain all licensing and compliance requirements as applicable • Working knowledge of loan products • Strong relationship-building, communication, and territory-management skills • Comfort with CRM and LOS platforms; wholesale channel experience a plus
