Description Position Summary Make settlements for equipment and invoices for equipment to the customers. Duties and Responsibilities • Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to settlements. • Prints and obtains signatures on contracts. • Review sales folders for completeness and accuracy. • Billing for equipment. • Assists Corporate Financial Officers and branch personnel as necessary. • Assists in monthly closings. • Prepares analysis of accounts, as required. • Performs filing and copying. • Performs other duties as assigned.
