Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering and be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or able to obtain licensure within six months (if out of state). The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience, strong hydrologic and hydraulic modeling skills, and experience with CSO/SSO programs. Excellent technical writing, communication, and collaboration skills are required.
