At the Young Talent HUB – our internal programme for developing young talent – you’ll become part of our team tackling future-oriented topics and developing innovative solutions.  Ob bei der Organisation von Veranstaltungen, im Unternehmensservice oder in der Projektentwicklung. Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team unterstützt Du die HUBs der Duisburg Business & Innovation bei der Umsetzung von Projekten rund um die Wirtschaftsförderung: Du unterstützt uns dabei auch komplexere Projekte zielgerichtet auf- und umzusetzen. Dafür bist Du aktiv am Projektmanagement beteiligt, behältst Projektmeilensteine im Blick, führst Recherchen und erste Analysen durch und bereitest Ergebnisse auf.  Du bist wirst in die Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von internen und externen Veranstaltungs- und Eventformaten beteiligt. Dabei lernst du, effektiv mit unterschiedlichen Akteur:innen aus Unternehmen, Wissenschaft und Politik zu kommunizieren.   Your responsibilities:  Whether organising events, providing corporate services or working on project development. Together with your team, you will support the Duisburg Business & Innovation HUBs in implementing projects related to economic development:  You will also help us to set up and implement even more complex projects in a targeted manner. To this end, you will be actively involved in project management, keep track of project milestones, carry out research and initial analyses, and prepare results.  You will be involved in the preparation, delivery and follow-up of internal and external events and event formats.  In doing so, you will learn to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders from the business, academic and political sectors. Du befindest dich im fortgeschritten Stadium Deines laufenden Studiums, z. B. in Wirtschafts-, Sozial- oder Geisteswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung. Du bist tech-affin und kannst Dich schnell in verschiedene Arbeitsbereiche einarbeiten. Du besitzt gute Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeiten und arbeitest ergebnisorientiert. Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent und drückst Dich sicher in Deutsch und Englisch aus.  Du gehst souverän mit den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen um.
