Salary: £24,887 per annum Location: Hybrid role, peripatetic, based in Boscawen House, TR1 3BN, working from home and within the community, offering programme in various community locations across Cornwall. This is a new and exciting opportunity to be part of our Step into Wellness and Stronger Together Programmes , making a real difference to people’s lives across the county . We are seeking someone with experience in coaching people in a group setting, supporting them to improve their health and wellbeing . We welcome applications from people who are excellent communicators with great interpersonal skills, confident, well organised, and computer literate with good IT skills. You will have an understanding of the issues affecting people’s lives and the skills to devise appropriate strategies to engage vulnerable or disadvantaged people in advice and support services . Key aims of Step into Wellness and Stronger Together programme: • To enhance the quality of life for people with health and well-being needs. • To enable individuals to lead as independent and fulfilling lives as is possible. Expected outcomes of Step into Wellness and Stronger Together programmes: • People will have increased ability to self-manage their health and well-being. • People will have increased self-esteem and confidence leading to improved well- being. • People will have an increased sense of belonging to their community.
