Utilize online databases for recording and uploading QA documentation. Attend and coordinate walkdowns on piping systems to confirm compliance with design Isometric and LSP (P&ID) drawings. Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment and tools to ensure accurate and reliable results. Ensure all Welding equipment is Calibrated and all Welding equipment is in correct working order, Inspect and sign off daily Coupons, ensure all Coupons are stored correctly Inspect and Sign off all WELD Logs including 100% Field weld inspection and that weld heat numbers are tracked correctly Communicate with customers and external inspection agencies as required, ensuring transparency and collaboration in inspection processes. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance welding processes, quality, and efficiency.
