Description
Aureol Global Connections is hiring for Welder/Fabricator. The successful candidate will have experience cutting, shaping, assembling, and finishing metal components while working from technical drawings and specifications. Applicants should be reliable, hardworking, and capable of producing high-quality work both independently and as part of a team. Read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications. Measure, cut, shape, and assemble metal components using hand and power tools. Perform welding using processes such as MIG, TIG, MMA (Stick), and FCAW , depending on project requirements. Fabricate structural steel, pipework, sheet metal, and other metal components. Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards and project specifications. Grind, finish, and prepare welded components for installation or painting. Operate fabrication equipment such as cutting machines, drills, presses, grinders, and bending machines. Repair defective welds and fabricate replacement parts when required. Follow welding procedures, quality requirements, and health and safety regulations. Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area. Requirements Technical certificate, trade qualification, or apprenticeship in Welding, Fabrication, or a related trade. Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator in construction, manufacturing, heavy engineering, or industrial projects. Proficiency in one or more welding processes (MIG, TIG, MMA/Stick, FCAW). Ability to read fabrication drawings, welding symbols, and engineering blueprints. Strong knowledge of metal fabrication techniques and welding standards. Experience using fabrication tools and workshop machinery. Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
