You’ll play a key role in delivering the quality and reliability our customers count on. Day-to-day responsibilities include: • Cutting, drilling, tapping, and prepping metal parts per specifications • Reading shop drawings and welding symbols accurately • Performing fit-ups, tack welding, and final welds • Flattening, straightening, and preparing parts for powder coating • Grinding and finishing as required • Maintaining your work area and tools in clean, safe condition • Collaborating with team members and communicating job progress • Following safety protocols and participating in safety meetings • Taking initiative to solve fabrication challenges • Supporting other production tasks as needed What We’re Looking For We’re seeking candidates with: • 3+ year of welding/fabrication experience GMAW, FCAW, GTAW • Ability to read and interpret detailed drawings and weld symbols • Knowledge of welding parameters (amps, volts, etc.) • Strong layout, math, and measuring skills (metric & imperial) • Confidence using hand tools, grinders, and fabrication equipment as well as finishing skills • Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods • A commitment to producing quality work on deadline • A collaborative, solution-oriented attitude Work Environment This role is based in our indoor fabrication facility and includes physically active tasks such as lifting, bending, welding, and grinding.
