Weekendkracht Customer Service Full/Part-time: Either Category: Other City: Amersfoort HAVI is een internationale partner die bedrijven helpt hun supply chain te innoveren, optimaliseren en beheren. Vanuit onze distributiecentra in Amersfoort en Barendrecht verzorgen we de volledige logistieke keten voor toonaangevende klanten, zoals McDonald’s, KFC en Taco Bell. Wij zijn op zoek naar een weekendkracht op onze afdeling Customer Service. Je behandelt zelfstandig telefonische vragen van de restaurants en handelt klachten zorgvuldig af. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve verwerking van de bestellingen en verwerkt de afhandeling van claims en retourzendingen. We zijn op zoek naar een klantvriendelijke en servicegerichte collega, met minimaal een VMBO- of HAVO-diploma. Je bent communicatief vaardig en flexibel inzetbaar als het gaat om werktijden. Daarnaast ben je nauwkeurig, beheers je de Nederlandse en Engelse taal en kun je computersystemen je snel eigen maken. Je krijgt een leuke bijbaan die goed te combineren is met je studie. Je werkt gemiddeld twee weekenddagen per maand en bent daarnaast flexibel inzetbaar voor o.a. de schoolvakanties. Je maakt deel uit van een jonge en dynamische organisatie met een prettige werksfeer. Je bent een belangrijke spil in de relatie tussen de McDonald’s restaurants en de HAVI organisatie. Wist je dat werken in het weekend extra loont?
