Your role may include: • Helping clients start their day with dignity and confidence • Supporting with washing, dressing and personal care • Preparing meals and drinks • Medication support, where trained • Companionship and friendly conversation • Light household tasks • Supporting mobility and independence • Following care plans and reporting any concerns Every visit matters. Sometimes it is a cup of tea, a kind conversation or helping someone feel comfortable that makes the biggest difference. Who we’re looking for You do not need to be perfect. You just need to be: • Kind, patient and caring • Reliable and committed to weekend work • Friendly and respectful • Willing to support with personal care • Able to communicate clearly • Ready to learn and follow guidance • Passionate about helping others Previous care experience is welcome, but the right attitude is just as important.
