Our Team The Equity Solutions Product Development team works with the Asset Class Leaders to develop and deliver new products and processes for use within Wealth Management. This group also works with risk and control functions to define and implement solutions to comply with new regulations and business needs across multiple entities and jurisdictions. The group provides strategy, product development and business management services to the GWM Equities trading business. Scope The team is responsible for the business management, strategy, definition, and works on end-to-end execution of priority investment and regulatory initiatives across equity products such as: cash equity, listed options, OTC, syndicate, structured products and restricted stock. Key responsibilities for the role include: Analyze current investment offerings, business models, & operating model across Wealth Management and partner with the Asset Class Leaders to define new business priorities. Partner with the trading desk and be the first point of contact for non market requests. Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to identify and address areas of risk and regulatory exposure across multiple asset classes. Develop and manage project plans though strategy development, project definition, solution development, agreement and implementation. Partner with Asset Class Leaders to perform business analysis and create management reporting Help in the development and communication plans for senior management. Coordinate initiatives across regions to bring consistency between the US, EMEA, Asia, and LatAm. Numerous projects will require effective partnership with the following groups: Investment Leadership; Legal and Compliance; Technology and Operations; Risk Management; Marketing; Finance and Tax.
