If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us… Client & Front Office Partnership & Lending Solutions Design • Subject matter expert and advisor on all wealth lending solutions • Partner closely with stakeholders RMs and ICs to structure and deliver tailored lending solutions for private and priority banking clients • Join prospect and client meetings with RMs / ICs to raise awareness of wealth lending solutions available eg Portfolio Financing, OD-UT, Share Margin. • Drive product awareness, adoption, and commercialisation across the different lending propositions • Support the Sales teams to execute drawdowns to meet the client’s liquidity needs or investment trade settlement. • Attend to queries from Sales RMs, Area Managers, RCGMs, Credit, Ops, in a timely manner. • Manage expectations through strong communication with clients and RMs. • Respond to loan servicing issues eg. client’s queries on loan account balances, facility utilization, account statement. • Schedule ongoing ground engagements with Branches and clients to increase product penetration. Product Management & Campaign Management • Manage and enhance wealth lending products, incorporating Sales feedback and market insights • Define product value proposition and run portfolio initiatives eg. run tactical campaigns to drive adoption of lending solutions and cross sell opportunities • Identity new lending opportunities and innovate client-centric solutions to enhance client experience and deepen wallet share of client • Streamline processes / documentation to improve efficiency, client experience and risk monitoring for the frontliners • Work with various Investment Product teams to review and onboard qualifying collaterals onto the marginable collateral lists. Risk, Governance and Controls • Collaborate with Credit, Risk, Marketing, Legal and Compliance functions to design robust credit frameworks, policies, campaign T&Cs, governance standards • Ensure all products adhere to regulatory requirements and internal risk policies • Balance business growth and credit prudence Market and Portfolio Management • Track market trends, competitor offerings and emerging practices in wealth lending space to maintain competitive positioning. • Keep abreast of industry developments, market sentiments and competitors’ offerings to identify product enhancement opportunities, provide feedback to the product manager • Monitor loan book growth to track portfolio performance on ENR, NII, impairment loss are on track to budget periodically. • Support portfolio analytics to identify areas of potential risks / opportunities / leads People and Team Management • Lead a team of Wealth Lending Solutions Specialists in Share Margin, OD UT and Portfolio Financing. • Be the go-to person to guide the team and provide advisory on all wealth lending related matters. • Keep the team motivated to work towards the loan growth target, by rendering value add service to internal stakeholders eg. RMs, ICs, and external parties eg. remisiers, clients. • Look out for opportunities to cross train staff to be conversant with the product suite offerings in the regional wealth lending ambit.
