Position Overview
We are seeking a Wealth Education Specialist to support a financial services organization serving a high-net-worth, relationship-driven client base in market. This role focuses on delivering structured financial education, supporting long-term wealth planning discussions, and maintaining a discreet, professional client experience aligned with private-office standards.
This position is designed for individuals with a refined professional presence, strong communication skills, and an appreciation for confidentiality and long-term relationship management. Prior experience in financial services is not required; comprehensive training and licensing support are provided for qualified candidates.
This role operates in a remote or hybrid capacity while supporting clients in and around Palm Beach, Florida.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver structured financial education to individuals and families through scheduled virtual and select in-person meetings
• Communicate financial concepts related to wealth preservation, income planning, and legacy strategies with clarity and professionalism
• Support clients through a standardized, needs-based education framework designed for long-term planning
• Maintain accurate documentation while adhering to strict confidentiality and compliance standards
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless, white-glove client experience
• Uphold ethical standards, compliance requirements, and professional conduct at all times
• Participate in advanced training and ongoing professional development
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
