Location: We are currently hiring for the Kettle Moraine and Merton School District. Wisconsin Youth Company programs take place in the school buildings. Administrative work outside of program hours can take place from home or Wisconsin Youth Company’s co-working office in Hartland. Responsibilities include lesson planning for children in grades 4K-5, managing a staff team, purchasing program materials, managing a monthly budget, and ensuring program quality standards are met. Hours & Pay: This is a school year position with the option to join our summer team Up to $20 per hour, pay is based on education and experience 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday | General program hours are 6:30 - 9 a.m. and 3:30 – 6 p.m. | This Is a split shift position with a flexibility available between before school and after school.
