Description
Our client is a rapidly growing compliance business delivering specialist services across water hygiene, healthcare, and critical environments.
With the business on track to achieve £7 million turnover this year the company is now looking to expand its reach across a broader range of healthcare environments.
As part of this growth, they are recruiting for a Water Hygiene Technical Sales Manager in the South East. This is a newly created position within the business.
The Role:
• This is a predominantly new business-focused position, with responsibility for driving growth within the water hygiene division.
• Alongside business development, the role will also involve:
• Working closely with the existing sales and operational teams
• Supporting the growth of existing accounts where appropriate
• Contributing to overall sales strategy and market expansion
• The primary objective is to win new contracts, particularly within healthcare and similar regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generating new business opportunities within water hygiene services
• Targeting healthcare settings including hospitals, care homes, and related sectors
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Preparing proposals, tenders, and technical solutions
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver and grow accounts
• Supporting the development of sales strategies to expand market share
Candidate Requirements:
• Proven experience in water hygiene / water treatment sales
• Strong technical understanding of L8 compliance and water hygiene services
• Demonstrable track record in new business generation
• Experience selling into healthcare or regulated environments (highly desirable)
• Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a growing team
Package
• Basic salary circa £42,000 - £45,000
• Commission: 5% of gross profit on work generated
• Realistic opportunity to build strong earnings as the division expands
