Description
Our client is a leading integrated provider of safety and regulatory compliance services across water, air, fire, and electrical They are now recruiting for a Water Hygiene Account Manager to support and develop long-standing client relationships within the water hygiene services, where expert guidance and compliance leadership are critical. This is a newly created role ideal for someone with strong water hygiene experience who enjoys structured account management and close collaboration with senior stakeholders. Working directly alongside the Commercial Manager, you will help manage key client accounts, support contract performance and compliance, and ensure clients receive a consistent, high-quality service. This position is predominantly home or office based, with occasional on-site client visits. Duties Include: • Supporting the Commercial Manager with the ongoing management of key, long-standing client accounts with a combined annual value of over £2m • Assisting with contract performance monitoring, budgets, and compliance requirements, including annual renewals and gap analysis • Working closely with internal operational teams to coordinate service delivery, programme planning, and mobilisation of new contracts • Attending client meetings, acting as a trusted point of contact, providing technical guidance, and producing monthly compliance and delivery reports Experience Required: • Strong experience within the water hygiene industry, with a solid working knowledge of ACOP L8 and compliance delivery • Confidence supporting complex client accounts, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities • Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders • A proactive, detail-focused approach, with the motivation to develop commercial capability and grow alongside senior colleagues Package: • Basic salary of £35,000 to £40,000, depending on experience • Company car or car allowance • Private medical insurance and holiday that increases by two days every two years, plus bank holidays • Ongoing training and development, clear long-term progression, a 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme, and a Cycle to Work scheme. .
