Gatwick Mercedes
Monday to Friday 8.0am - 5.30pm
Permanent Full Time - 42 hours per week
Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 per annum depending on experience
We are looking for a Warranty Advisor to join our fantastic team over at our Gatwick Mercedes Dealership. You don’t have to currently be working as a Warranty Advisor, you could be a Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, or a Technician, looking for a change of path within the industry. Experience is not essential, as long as you have the drive and desire to succeed in the role and make a difference to the team. You will be provided with on-site training and fully supported by the Warranty Team to achieve Warranty Advisor Accreditation with Mercedes, making you an industry professional in your role.
Responsibilities
Processing warranty/goodwill claims to manufacturers standards
Assessing the quality and compliance of warranty job cards
Invoicing
Supporting with paint and body claims
Chasing unpaid claims with the manufacturer
Displaced parts management
Liaising with manufacturers with claim discrepancies
Qualifications
We are looking for an individual with a technical background, preferably within the Automotive industry, who possess an attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Someone who can build strong and lasting relationships with your fellow colleagues and is comfortable communicating with people at all levels within Lookers and the manufacture. It is essential you have strong IT skills and are able to easily navigate around the Microsoft packages.
