Description Description American Lumper Services is a growing nationwide warehouse management company that aims to provide steady jobs to hard-working individuals. We are looking for warehouse workers to perform general warehouse duties such as unloading trucks, sorting products, building and staging pallets, and stacking and wrapping pallets. You’ll need to be able to think quickly on your feet, stand for extended periods, and lift and carry up to 50 pounds. (weekly pay) Productivity incentives are paid weekly on top of the base hourly rate Benefits: • Health Insurance- 30 days after starting • PTO- (starts accruing from day 1, can not be used until day 90) • 401K- after 180 days (6 months) • On-Demand pay Description: • Sorting products • Unloading trucks/containers • Stacking pallets • Wrapping pallets • Building pallets • Staging pallets • Other duties as assigned Requirements • Must be able to pass a background check • Must be able to pass a drug test • Attention to detail is a must • Must have reliable transportation • Must be able to lift 50+lbs consistently • Must have a positive attitude • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment • Perform other duties as assigned • Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, and lift
