Summary:     The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading warehouse operations and personnel to ensure the timely, accurate, and efficient movement of materials that support production and customer fulfillment. This role drives operational excellence through inventory management, process improvement, safety compliance, and effective team leadership.   Job Responsibilities :   Warehouse Operations & Inventory Control   Direct all warehouse operations including receiving, material storage, inventory transactions, material movement, picking, packing, shipping, and material disposition.   Ensure timely and accurate receipt of purchased materials, inspection documentation, inventory transactions, and put-away activities.   Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting programs, inventory reconciliations, root cause investigations, and corrective actions.   Oversee inventory movement transactions within NetSuite, ensuring materials are accurately received, transferred, issued, adjusted, and shipped.   Develop and maintain warehouse organization, storage strategies, labeling standards, and material flow processes that support efficient operations.   Lead annual physical inventory activities and partner with Finance to resolve discrepancies.     Production Support   Ensure timely issuance of materials, kits, and components to manufacturing in support of production schedules.   Partner with Planning , Purchasing and Manufacturing to proactively identify and resolve material shortages and inventory issues that impact production.   Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Purchasing and Planning to prevent stock-outs and excess inventory.     Logistics & Transportation   Manage inbound and outbound logistics activities, including domestic and international shipments, carrier coordination, freight management, and transportation issue resolution.   Monitor shipment performance and work with carriers, freight forwarders, and service providers to ensure on-time delivery and cost-effective transportation.   Ensure shipping documentation, export documentation, and inventory records are completed accurately and maintained in compliance with company procedures.   Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on freight optimization, transportation costs, inventory turns, and warehouse efficiency.     Leadership   Lead, coach, train, and develop warehouse personnel while establishing clear performance expectations and accountability.   Establish and monitor warehouse and logistics performance metrics, including inventory accuracy, shipping performance, receiving performance, and productivity measures.     Who You Will Report To:      Sr. Director, Supply Chain Requirements :   Education: High school diploma or GED    Minimum 5+ years of supervisory or lead experience in warehouse, inventory control, logistics, or di
