Warehouse Operator Salary basis : Daily payment Worker rate : RM120 per day ( this is for 3 week on-job-training ) Refer below for the 3 week on-job- training Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for performing daily tasks, such as, picking, packing, labeling, generating packing list, etc. Ensure all products are quantified and categorized correctly. Ensure accuracy in all paperwork and delivery quantities. Perform stock count on periodic basis. Arrange all incoming goods and place the products at the designated location. Performing 5S and daily improvements of operations. Experience in Lean management. Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager. Skill Sets Required: Strong problem solving skills, possess a high level of attention to details and a good team player. Ability to work in shifts and must commit to work 6 days a week. Prior working experience in warehousing sector is preferred. Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Must be able to speak and understand basic English. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in Seksyen 23, Shah Alam. General Duties of Employees at Work: To take reasonable care for the safety and health of yourself and other persons while doing work To co-operate with ZALORA or other parties in compliance with the requirement or regulations imposed by the law To wear or use any protective equipment or clothing provided by ZALORA for the purpose of preventing risks to safety and health To comply with ZALORA safety policies or any regulations enforced by the law Additional Note : The process will begin with two weeks of on-the-job training . After the training period, we will evaluate your performance and decide whether to proceed with your employment. If you are selected, HR will begin preparing the necessary employment contracts and documentation. During this documentation process, there will be an additional seven-day period . Please note that employment is not confirmed during the training and documentation periods , so you should be prepared for the possibility that the hiring decision may only be finalized after these stages are completed.
