Hartley People Recruitment is seeking a professional Warehouse Operative/Driver to join our client’s team in Finglas , Dublin. The right candidate will enjoy working a regular working week with reasonably set hours, regular daily routes, and excellent rate of pay. The fast paced and energised environment relies on organisation and efficiency and with so much ground to cover in the line of duty it is important to ensure that you have a moderate level of fitness to enable you to comfortably carry out your tasks. You must hold a full clean and valid C licence. The Job Warehouse • Assisting with the unloading of vehicles and the checking in of stock • Sorting and placing materials or items on to racks, and shelves. • Collecting items from throughout the warehouse, preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to a schedule. • Performing warehouse inventory controls through the system • Stock counting and location checks. • As a warehouse operative you will be working both alone and as part of a team with efficiency and commitment to complete your work. • General warehouse work as requested by warehouse manager. Driving • Performing all deliveries in line with tight deadlines • Ensuring an excellent level of quality and service to all our customers • Ensuring paperwork in relation to all deliveries is maintained and filed • Adhering to all Health and Safety standards The Person Competencies: • Full, clean C driving licence (mandatory). • Strong computer skills – experience working with a warehouse inventory system is highly desirable. • Good organisational skills • Reliability and dependability • Flexible • A Team player with a great attitude. • Valid forklift license – highly advantageous For Immediate Consideration please contact [email protected] or call us directly on 051 878 813.
