Job Description: Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and efficient Warehouse Workers to join our team in Birch Coppice near Tamworth. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our warehouse, ensuring that all goods are handled, stored, and dispatched effectively. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties • Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stock efficiently. • Perform picking and packing duties for orders, ensuring items are correctly selected and securely packaged. • Conduct regular stock checks to maintain accurate inventory records. • Handle materials with care, adhering to safety protocols to prevent accidents or damage. • Trained and working on MHE equipment Requirements • Familiarity with warehouse management systems is preferred for efficient inventory control. • Experience in shipping and receiving processes is beneficial. • The ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively is essential. • Prior experience in materials handling is an asset. • Proficiency in picking and packing procedures is desirable. • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are crucial for maintaining accuracy in all tasks. • MHE Experience Benefits • Free on-site car park • £500 Quarterly Bonus for MHE (Mechanical Handling Equipment), Must be trained and assessed • Pension • Full training given • Working for a Global company Shift Patterns: • Paying £12.71 per hour, exclusive of shift allowance. up to £15.00 per hour • Monday to Friday • Afternoon shift 14:00-22:30 If you are looking for a dynamic role within a supportive team environment, we encourage you to apply for the Warehouse Worker position today!
