Position Description The  Warehouse Officer  is the on-ground custodian of Complete Farmer’s aggregation or fulfilment  centre  within an assigned region. Reporting jointly to the Supply Chain Director and the Regional Operations Lead  (within assigned region) , this role ensures  accurate  inventory management, efficient loading and dispatch, and strict adherence to food-safety and quality standards. What  You’ll  Do: • Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, grading, storage, and dispatch of all commodities • Maintain  accurate  inventory records and reconcile stock levels with finance and aggregation teams • Implement and enforce food-safety, hygiene, and quality-control protocols • Oversee weighing, packaging, and labelling to meet buyer and regulatory requirements • Coordinate closely with  Field Operations and  Supply Chain team s  for  timely  pick-ups and deliveries • Conduct regular cycle counts and support full physical stock counts • Monitor warehouse equipment and facilities, arranging maintenance as needed • Prepare and  submit   periodic  operational reports to the Regional Operations Lead  (within assigned region)  and Supply Chain Director • Supervise warehouse staff and casual  labor , ensuring compliance with  labor,  health  and safety regulations What  You’ll  Bring: • 4 + years’ experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in agricultural commodities or FMCG • Proven experience managing warehouse operations, ideally within an agricultural, commodity-trading, or crop-handling environment • Hands-on knowledge of farm and crop commodity storage, handling, and quality-control practices • Strong understanding of inventory management systems, stock reconciliation,  inventory control  procedures   and loss-prevention procedures • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards for agricultural commodities • Ability to  operate  and maintain basic warehouse equipment and coordinate transport  logistics • Clear communication skills to coordinate effectively with regional operations, supply chain, and field teams • Ability to work long or flexible hours during peak harvest and shipment periods • Willingness to travel within the region to farming or aggregation sites when  required • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain , Logistics, or related field Who You Are: • Organised  and detail-driven operations specialist with hands-on experience managing farm and crop commodities across all warehouse functions • Comfortable with physical work and fast-paced schedules while thinking strategically about workflow and space use • Trusted communicator who keeps managers and colleagues informed and aligned during peak activity • Reliable and proactive, ensuring smooth daily operations even during harvest surges or tight  logistics  deadlines • Dedicated to continuous improvement, always seeking ways to increase efficiency and reduce risk To join us Be the anchor of our regional supply chain.
